You have a strong background in marketplace economics and strategy, with experience in defining and executing strategies that enhance customer acquisition and improve margin health. You understand the dynamics of a marketplace and how to leverage data to drive decisions. You are a collaborative team player who enjoys working with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals. As a Marketplace Economics Strategist at Rover, you will partner with the Product and Marketplace organizations to define the strategy that drives the evolution of our marketplace. You will analyze market trends and customer behavior to inform strategic decisions that enhance our offerings and improve customer satisfaction. You will work closely with data teams to gather insights and develop actionable recommendations that support our growth objectives. Your role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure alignment on marketplace initiatives and to drive execution of key projects. You will also monitor the health of our marketplace, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to optimize performance.
