Senior Software Engineer (ML/AI services, Python)

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining AI/ML services that enhance the capabilities of Workato's orchestration platform. You will design and implement frameworks for evaluating AI model performance and reliability, ensuring that the solutions you create are robust and scalable. Your work will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate AI functionalities into existing systems and workflows.

You will also focus on developing agentic orchestration capabilities that facilitate collaboration among various AI agents and tools. This includes implementing semantic retrieval and agentic search features over large enterprise knowledge bases, which will empower users to navigate complex data landscapes effectively. You will be tasked with processing and reasoning over high-volume real-world data, ensuring that the AI services you develop can handle the demands of enterprise-level applications.
