You are a Bilingual Physician Assistant with a passion for innovative healthcare solutions. You possess the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish, ensuring that you can engage with a diverse patient population. Your experience in virtual healthcare settings is a plus, as you understand the nuances of remote patient interactions. You are adaptable and willing to support various teams within the organization, including Virtual Primary Care and Virtual Urgent Care. You are committed to helping members achieve their healthcare goals in a personalized manner, and you thrive in a collaborative environment.
In this role, you will be part of Oscar Medical Group's Virtual Health Assessment team, where you will conduct evaluations and management visits for Oscar Health Insurance members. You will engage with members virtually, providing them with the support they need to navigate their healthcare journeys. Your responsibilities will include assessing patient needs, providing guidance on healthcare options, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care. You will also be expected to maintain accurate records of patient interactions and follow up as necessary to ensure continuity of care. As part of a remote team, you will participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the Virtual Health Assessment program.
Oscar Medical Group offers a flexible remote work environment, allowing you to balance your professional and personal life. You will have the opportunity to work with a team of innovative leaders who are dedicated to refactoring healthcare delivery. The role requires a minimum commitment of 15 hours per week, with clinic hours extending from 8 AM to 8 PM EST Monday through Thursday and 8 AM to 6 PM EST on Friday and Saturday. While the position is primarily remote, occasional travel may be required for team meetings and company events. The compensation for this role is competitive, with a pay range of $60 to $70 per hour, reflecting the value of your contributions to the team.
