Experience in the Internet security or performance optimization space is a plus, as is familiarity with Cloudflare's products and services. You are comfortable working in a hybrid environment and can adapt to various customer needs and preferences.
As a Senior Territory Account Executive at Cloudflare, you will be responsible for driving customer adoption of our Developer Platform. You will work closely with Account Executives, Channel Account Managers, and Solution Engineers to create tailored solutions for our clients. Your role will involve identifying customer needs, presenting Cloudflare's offerings, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience. You will also collaborate with the Customer Success team to ensure ongoing satisfaction and retention.
You will engage with a diverse range of clients, from individual bloggers to Fortune 500 companies, helping them leverage Cloudflare's capabilities to enhance their online presence. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders will be crucial in this role. You will also participate in strategic planning sessions to align sales efforts with overall company goals.
