Experience with real-time voice dialogue agents and familiarity with edge devices and their operational environments would be advantageous. A background in UX improvement and anomaly detection is also a plus, as is a willingness to travel occasionally for evaluations and experiments.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the entire lifecycle of dialogue processing with AI agents, collaborating with your team to bring products to fruition. You will design, develop, and enhance pipelines for real-time voice dialogue agents, ensuring low latency and high performance. Working alongside researchers, you will transition prototype models into operational systems, optimizing voice processing components such as ASR, NLP, TTS, and signal processing for efficiency and speed. You will utilize actual operational data from edge devices and various network conditions to monitor performance and drive continuous improvements. Additionally, you will focus on enhancing user experience during the operational phase, implementing metrics and anomaly detection strategies. You will also engage in code reviews, configuration management, and collaborate with related teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of solutions.
