You are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field. What you'll do

As a GTM Engineering Intern, you will join the CRM Technologies Engineering team, where you will manage and scale MongoDB’s core Salesforce platform and its integrations with internal and external systems. You will work closely with various departments, including Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing, to streamline processes and improve data quality. Your role will involve gathering requirements, designing solutions, and participating in the implementation, testing, and deployment phases of CRM development.

You will have the opportunity to work with one of the most highly customized Salesforce environments in the industry, gaining hands-on experience with modern Apex frameworks and automation. You will collaborate with a diverse team of professionals, contributing to projects that have a tangible impact on how MongoDB operates globally. This internship will provide you with a comprehensive understanding of the full lifecycle of CRM development, from initial concept to final deployment.

The base salary range for this role in the U.S. is $86,528—$123,552 USD, reflecting our commitment to competitive compensation for our interns.
