Elastic is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive revenue and expansion within strategic Enterprise accounts. You'll be responsible for building your own pipeline and closing complex deals. This role requires strong sales execution and technical fluency.
You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in enterprise environments, where you've successfully driven revenue growth and built strong relationships with clients. Your experience includes developing and executing outbound sales strategies that generate significant opportunities. You are skilled in deep discovery and qualification processes, adept at uncovering client pain points and aligning solutions to their needs. You possess strong storytelling abilities, capable of crafting tailored narratives that resonate with diverse stakeholders. Your technical fluency allows you to effectively communicate complex concepts and demonstrate product value to potential clients. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working cross-functionally to ensure client success and satisfaction.
Experience in the AI or search technology space is a plus, as is familiarity with frameworks like MEDDPICC for deal qualification. You are comfortable navigating complex sales cycles and have a knack for closing multi-stakeholder deals. A background in SaaS sales or a similar field will enhance your ability to succeed in this role.
In this role, you will own your territory and build a robust sales pipeline through proactive outreach, utilizing various channels such as email, calls, and social media. You will conduct deep discovery sessions to understand client needs, budget constraints, and decision-making criteria, ensuring you focus on high-confidence deals. Your ability to craft compelling value propositions and deliver engaging product demonstrations will be key to your success. You will collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to align strategies and ensure that client feedback informs product development. As you close deals, you will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Elastic's solutions.
