360Learning is hiring a Product Designer to empower users in creating high-quality interactive content with AI support. You'll collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to solve complex product problems. This role requires experience in design tools like Figma.
You have a strong background in product design, with experience working in cross-functional teams that include Product Managers and Engineers. You excel at translating product vision and user insights into intuitive and scalable designs. Your ability to understand technical constraints allows you to create consistent user experiences that meet both user needs and business goals.
You are proficient in design tools such as Figma, which you use to create high-quality prototypes and design specifications. Your design process is user-centered, and you are skilled at conducting user research to inform your design decisions. You have a keen eye for detail and a passion for design excellence, always striving to improve the quality of your work.
You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy participating in shared standards and rituals that enhance the design process. You are open to feedback and actively seek opportunities for continuous improvement in your craft. Your communication skills enable you to articulate design concepts clearly to stakeholders and team members.
Experience with AI-driven design tools or methodologies would be a plus, as you will be working in a squad focused on content creation with AI support. Familiarity with agile methodologies and design sprints can also enhance your contributions to the team.
As a Product Designer at 360Learning, you will be embedded in the Content Creation squad, where your primary mission will be to empower users to create high-quality and interactive content effortlessly. You will collaborate daily with Product Managers and Engineers to tackle complex product challenges from end to end. Your role will involve translating the product vision into intuitive designs that enhance user engagement and satisfaction.
You will participate in design reviews and contribute to the development of shared design standards that promote consistency across the product. Your insights from user research will guide your design decisions, ensuring that the solutions you create are user-friendly and effective. You will also be involved in the continuous improvement of design quality, actively seeking feedback and iterating on your designs based on user testing and stakeholder input.
In addition to your squad responsibilities, you will play a key role in fostering a culture of design excellence within the organization. You will participate in rituals that promote collaboration and knowledge sharing among design team members. Your contributions will help shape the overall design strategy and ensure that the product meets the highest standards of quality and usability.
