SalesLoft is seeking a Commercial Account Executive to redefine the Sales Engagement space. You'll be part of a results-oriented SaaS sales team focused on driving growth and customer success. This role requires a strong hunter mentality and a passion for sales.

You have experience working in a fast-paced sales environment and are comfortable navigating complex sales cycles. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams alike. You are adaptable and open to feedback, continuously seeking to grow both personally and professionally.

Desirable

Experience in the Sales Engagement space is a plus, as is familiarity with AI-driven sales tools. What you'll do

As a Commercial Account Executive at SalesLoft, you will play a crucial role in redefining the Sales Engagement space. You will be responsible for driving user acquisition and activation, working closely with engineering and design teams to ensure that our solutions meet the needs of our customers. You will leverage your sales expertise to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to capitalize on them. Your role will involve engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored solutions that demonstrate the value of Salesloft's offerings.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from initial contact through to onboarding and beyond. You will be expected to track and analyze sales metrics, using data-driven insights to refine your approach and improve overall performance. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders will be essential as you advocate for the needs of your clients and the capabilities of our platform.

In addition to your sales responsibilities, you will contribute to the overall strategy of the sales team, sharing insights and best practices with your colleagues. You will participate in regular training sessions and team meetings, helping to foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration. Your success will be measured by your ability to meet and exceed sales targets, as well as your contributions to the team's overall performance.
