Hybrid: This is a hybrid role, requiring you to work from our Boston office 4 days per week, with flexibility to work remotely on Friday’s.
YOUR ROLE
As a Sales Development Manager, you will lead and develop Cognism’s SDR team to deliver measurable pipeline growth and revenue impact. In this high-growth, fast-paced environment, you will shape outreach strategies, coach early-career sales talent, and build the foundation of future closers at Cognism.

Base salary: $90,000 – $105,000 / year
Commission: Variable, with on-target earnings (OTE) of $135,000 – $150,000 (based on quota achievement)
