What you'll do

As a Lead Data Scientist at HubSpot, you will be responsible for supporting internal clients by delivering scalable AI/ML products that drive customer success. You will work closely with the Customer Success Data Science & AI team to develop and store recommendations for HubSpot’s customers. Your role will involve extracting insights from data and designing innovative solutions that can be implemented across various delivery mechanisms, including digital workflows and marketing communications. You will lead the execution of projects, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high standards of quality. Collaboration with stakeholders will be key, as you will need to understand their business challenges and creatively design data-driven solutions to address them. You will also mentor junior data scientists and contribute to the overall growth of the data science team.
