What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the internal audit function at Coinbase, ensuring that governance, compliance, and risk management processes are effective and aligned with the company's mission. You will conduct audits and evaluations of various departments, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. You will work closely with senior management and the Audit Committee to report on audit findings and ensure that corrective actions are implemented. You will also develop and maintain audit policies and procedures, ensuring they are up to date with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to foster a culture of compliance and risk awareness throughout the organization. You will participate in team and company-wide offsites to strengthen collaboration and alignment with your colleagues.
