You have extensive experience in managing physical security operations, particularly in data center environments. Your knowledge of access control systems and processes is thorough, and you have a proven track record in guard force management. You understand the importance of reporting security metrics and conducting security audits, ensuring that all incidents are documented and addressed appropriately. You are familiar with compliance requirements, including international standards such as SOC1, SOC2, and ISO27001, and you are committed to maintaining these standards in your work. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with diverse teams to ensure the highest safety and security standards are met.
Experience in a cloud computing environment is a plus, as is familiarity with AWS infrastructure. You may have certifications related to security management or compliance, which would further enhance your candidacy. As the Data Centre Security Manager, you will be responsible for the on-site operational physical security of the Data Center in Melbourne.
