As a Senior Solutions Consultant you will partner with our sales team to demonstrate the value of Upvest to prospective clients (pre-sales) and develop a deep understanding of their business needs and challenges.
Enable Europe’s top financial services companies and fintechs to build state-of-the-art brokerage and wealth propositions, this is an opportunity to think holistically about their investments strategy and the investment infrastructure ecosystem.
Act as a trusted technical advisor, become a recognised expert in Upvest’s product offering and the investment infrastructure market.
Drive cross-functional collaboration across sales, product, engineering, operations and banking teams, to ensure we are developing comprehensive solutions that address all requirements.
Responsible for helping drive Upvest’s revenue by enabling and unblocking clients through to contract and ensuring successful handover to our client launch team.
Own client discovery: Own and conduct thorough discovery to understand prospective clients’ business and technical requirements you’ll present and lead engaging, customised demonstrations that clearly articulate Upvest's value.
Conduct solution workshops: Partner with Sales to develop and deliver compelling solutions workshops and product deep-dives.
Develop technical content: You’ll own the creation of crucial resources including solution deep-dives, proposals and architecture diagrams.
Accelerate pre-sales: You will help develop and contribute to the strategy to build scalable processes and materials that streamline the sales cycle and facilitate client onboarding.
Client feedback: You will capture and articulate client feedback, feature enhancements and priorities - working closely with product and engineering to ensure optimal roadmap alignment.
Ensure regulatory compliance: Operating in a regulated environment, you will facilitate cross-functional collaboration across all Upvest departments (from product and engineering, to operations and banking) to ensure solution compliance.
Business fluent (C1) in German and English is essential.
6 years+ experience as a solution consultant, pre-sales solution engineer or client facing consulting role within complex financial services.
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills, effectively engaging both business and technical stakeholders.
Experience creating detailed client-facing collateral, including design artifacts and technical specifications, with rigorous attention to detail.
Solid technical understanding, passion for technology, and knowledge of the investment market, with a proactive approach to learning and knowledge sharing.
Client-first mindset and pragmatic approach to solving problems, adept at translating complex requirements into technical solutions.
Self-motivated, thrives in autonomous environments, and possesses excellent organisational skills to manage multiple priorities and own outcomes.
Experience in the investment space and B2B SaaS products is beneficial.
