Wishpond is seeking a Lead Research Team Lead to oversee lead research and data efforts. You'll manage a remote team and ensure high-quality lead generation for clients primarily in the US and Canada. This role requires strong leadership and experience in lead research.
You have a proven track record in lead research, demonstrating your ability to drive performance while maintaining high data accuracy standards. Your strong organizational skills enable you to oversee daily team activities effectively, ensuring that your team meets its goals and delivers quality leads. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to act as the main point of contact between the Lead Research team and internal stakeholders. Your leadership experience equips you to supervise and motivate your team, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages productivity and innovation.
Experience in managing remote teams is a plus, as is familiarity with lead generation tools and processes. You understand the importance of data quality and are adept at monitoring KPIs to ensure your team's success. You are proactive in identifying process gaps and recommending workflow improvements, contributing to the overall efficiency of the Lead Research department.
