Who you are

You have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master, leading agile teams and ensuring the effective application of agile practices. Your knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and Lean methodologies allows you to facilitate ceremonies and promote a culture of continuous improvement within your team. You are certified as a Scrum Master, which demonstrates your commitment to agile principles and practices. You are familiar with techniques for estimation and prioritization, enabling you to coordinate activities effectively during inception and product definition phases. Your collaborative nature allows you to work closely with stakeholders to ensure that deliverables align with business objectives and provide value to customers.

Desirable

While not mandatory, familiarity with good development practices such as BDD, TDD, Pair Programming, and Design Patterns is a plus. You also have knowledge of Design Thinking and Design Sprint methodologies, which can enhance your team's approach to problem-solving. Understanding scaling frameworks like SAFe, LeSS, or Nexus can further contribute to your effectiveness in this role.

What you'll do

In your role as a Senior Scrum Master at NEORIS, you will lead agile teams in projects focused on card solutions, ensuring that Scrum ceremonies are facilitated effectively and that agile practices are adhered to. You will promote a culture of continuous improvement within your team, encouraging team members to embrace agile methodologies and enhance their skills. You will apply estimation and prioritization techniques to coordinate activities during inception and product definition, ensuring that the team remains aligned with business objectives. Collaboration with stakeholders will be key to guaranteeing that deliverables provide value and meet expectations.

You will also be responsible for coaching team members on agile practices, helping them to understand the principles behind Scrum and how to implement them effectively. Your leadership will guide the team in overcoming challenges and achieving their goals, fostering an environment where innovation and learning are prioritized. You will work closely with product owners to ensure that the product backlog is well-defined and prioritized, facilitating smooth sprint planning and execution.
