Esri is seeking an Accounts Receivable Supervisor to lead the credit and collections team. You'll ensure timely payment applications and support management with performance reporting. This role requires 5+ years of AR experience and strong leadership skills.
You have over 5 years of progressive accounts receivable experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or lead role — your background has equipped you with strong leadership and team-building skills that inspire those around you. You excel in communication, negotiation, and problem-solving, allowing you to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Your understanding of accounts receivable systems is robust, and you are proficient in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions like VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables. A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business is part of your educational foundation, which supports your expertise in this field.
Experience using SAP and Salesforce is highly recommended, as it will enhance your ability to manage the AR processes effectively. Your proactive and detail-oriented nature makes you an ideal fit for this role, where you will train, mentor, and manage the day-to-day work of the credit and collections team.
As the Accounts Receivable Supervisor at Esri, you will supervise, train, and mentor the AR team to meet departmental goals and deadlines. You will be responsible for collecting against assigned accounts, which may include both domestic and international geographies. Regular meetings with team members will be essential to review collection efforts and performance, ensuring that everyone is aligned and motivated. You will maintain and update AR procedures to reflect best practices and compliance with company policies.
In addition, you will support AR system implementations, which includes design, testing, documentation, and troubleshooting. Your role will also involve providing support to management with performance reporting and metrics, as well as assisting with month-end close tasks. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a collaborative team environment where everyone feels valued and empowered to contribute.
