Product Designer - DeepSky

Who you are

You have a strong background in product design, with a focus on user experience and interaction design. You thrive at the intersection of technical systems and cognitive design, bringing a unique perspective to product innovation. Your experience includes developing comprehensive design visions and strategies, particularly for complex products. You are skilled in creating high-fidelity prototypes and conducting user testing to validate design decisions. You understand the importance of accessibility and user education in driving product adoption. You have a collaborative mindset, working closely with cross-functional teams to address user friction and enhance onboarding experiences.

What you'll do

In this role, you will develop and champion a comprehensive product design vision for DeepSky’s AI superagent capabilities. You will identify and address core user friction points in onboarding and task delegation, ensuring a seamless user journey. Leading end-to-end design for key product features, you will work on Playbooks, Research Mode, and dynamic user interactions. You will evolve and scale the DeepSky design system to support new features and enhance human-agent interactions. Creating high-fidelity prototypes will be a key part of your responsibilities, as will conducting user testing to mitigate usability risks. You will integrate user education and accessibility into the product experience, driving adoption and retention.
