You maintain accountability for inventory, equipment, and other company assets, ensuring they are properly handled and protected from loss or theft. You are committed to delighting customers by ensuring their orders are delivered accurately and communicating effectively when issues arise. You have experience guiding teams and ensuring productivity during shifts.

What you'll do

As a Shift Lead at DashMart, you will be responsible for fulfilling orders in a warehouse environment and maintaining inventory. You will actively engage in day-to-day operations, supporting site management in running great shifts. You will guide Operations Associates through their shifts, ensuring that the team works safely and productively. You will take ownership of the shift, overseeing safety, cleanliness, and quality standards. You will also be involved in preparing food in a light-prep kitchen in some locations, ensuring that all processes meet company standards.
