Purpose of the Role

We're seeking a Head of Affiliates to build, lead, and scale our affiliate program. You'll own everything from strategy to execution, managing relationships with high-value partners while developing a high-performing team. This role reports to CMO and is critical to our customer acquisition strategy.

Role and Responsibilities

• Develop and execute affiliate campaigns aligned with company growth objectives

• Recruit, onboard, and nurture relationships with Igaming affiliates, streamers, KOLs, and content creators.

• Negotiate partnership terms and commission structures that balance profitability with competitive positioning

• Implement tracking, reporting, and fraud prevention systems to ensure program integrity

• Analyse affiliate performance data and optimise campaigns for ROI

• Manage affiliate marketing budget and forecast revenue contribution

• Collaborate with Product, Tech and Marketing teams to ensure seamless partner experience

• Ensure affiliate compliance across jurisdictions

• Represent Playlink at industry conferences and networking events

Work Experience and Skills

• 5+ years in affiliate marketing, with at least 3 years in crypto gambling or iGaming

• 2+ years managing and developing teams

• Proven track record of scaling affiliate programs and achieving revenue targets

• Deep understanding of crypto/blockchain technology and cryptocurrency payment flows

• Strong network of existing affiliate relationships in the crypto gambling space

• Experience with affiliate tracking platforms

• Data-driven approach with strong analytical and reporting skills

• Knowledge of compliance requirements across multiple jurisdictions

• Background in both crypto-native and traditional iGaming affiliates

• Understanding of Web3 community dynamics and influencer marketing

• Track record of building affiliate programs from early stage to maturity

• Comfortable working autonomously while collaborating cross-functionally
