You have a strong background in human resources or people operations, ideally with experience in a consultative role. You understand the importance of fostering a positive work environment and have a track record of helping organizations attract and retain top talent. You are dynamic and hands-on, ready to partner with various teams to drive business success. Your communication skills are excellent, allowing you to build relationships across all levels of the organization. You are adaptable and thrive in a fast-paced environment, ready to tackle challenges as they arise. You are passionate about employee development and understand the significance of creating a culture that supports growth and productivity.
Experience in a technology company or a fast-growing organization would be a plus. Familiarity with data-driven decision-making in HR practices is also desirable, as is a proactive approach to identifying and addressing employee needs.
As a People Partner II at Box, you will play a crucial role in the People Team, focusing on attracting, developing, and retaining talent.
