New Product Operations Program Manager, Pixel Watch

Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with at least 5 years of experience in program or project management. Your background includes 5 years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain management, or fulfillment planning and execution in a New Product Introduction (NPI) role. You are familiar with all phases of product development, from prototype to mass production, and you possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Your ability to foresee risks and manage them effectively is a key strength, allowing you to drive solutions across multiple cross-functional teams and the supply chain. You are also willing to travel to contract manufacturer locations as needed.

Desirable

An MBA or Master's degree is preferred, along with 8 years of experience in new product introduction, supply chain management, operations, or operations engineering. You thrive in environments where you can coordinate complex, multi-disciplinary projects and keep stakeholders informed about progress and deadlines. Your experience enables you to escalate key issues and present options for resolution to cross-functional executive teams, ensuring that operations-related communications flow smoothly throughout the organization.

What you'll do

As a Program Manager at Google, you will lead complex projects from start to finish, working closely with stakeholders to plan requirements and manage project schedules.
