Gympass is seeking a Partner Sales Representative to join their team in Houston. You'll be responsible for the full-cycle sales process, from outreach to closing partnership agreements. This role requires strong relationship-building skills and a drive to achieve sales targets.
You are a highly motivated individual with a passion for sales and a desire to contribute to workplace wellness. You thrive on identifying opportunities and building relationships, understanding that your efforts directly impact the growth of the company. You possess a tenacious spirit and are eager to take ownership of the sales process, from initial outreach to successfully closing new partnership agreements. Experience in sales or business development is a plus, but not required. A background in wellness or fitness industries can be beneficial, as it aligns with the mission of Gympass to promote a healthier world. You are open to learning and adapting to new challenges, and you understand the importance of teamwork in achieving sales goals.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle, which includes prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing deals. You will engage with potential partners to present Gympass's offerings and demonstrate how they can benefit from joining the platform. Building and maintaining strong relationships with partners will be key to your success, as you will need to understand their needs and tailor solutions accordingly. You will also collaborate with the Partner Sales team to develop strategies that drive growth and enhance the overall partner experience.
You will set and achieve sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the company. Your role will involve regular communication with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals and strategies. You will participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your sales skills and knowledge of the wellness industry. As you grow in your role, you will have the chance to take on additional responsibilities and contribute to the team's success in new ways.
Gympass offers a competitive salary range of $24.20—$26.20 per hour, along with opportunities for bonuses and participation in a performance-based stock option program.
