Overview

Relativity is seeking a Senior Operations Engineer to join their Factory Test team in Long Beach, California. You'll be involved in building and operating the infrastructure needed to test the Terran R rocket. This role requires a strong background in operations engineering and problem-solving skills.

You have a strong background in operations engineering, with experience in designing and implementing testing infrastructure for complex systems. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy solving problems that haven't been solved before. Your ability to work across teams and contribute to the entire product lifecycle is essential. You are comfortable with autonomy and ownership, and you are eager to make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable

Experience in aerospace or manufacturing environments is a plus. Familiarity with rocket systems or similar technologies will help you excel in this role. You are adaptable and open to learning new skills as the industry evolves.

What you'll do
