Paytm is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to drive insights that influence business performance and product decisions. You'll work closely with various teams to convert data into actionable intelligence, requiring strong analytical skills and experience in SQL and A/B testing.
You have 6–10 years of experience in Business Intelligence or Analytics, preferably in a fast-paced environment. You possess strong analytical depth and a clear business mindset, enabling you to understand customer behavior across the product lifecycle. Your ability to translate complex analyses into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders sets you apart. You are comfortable working in ambiguous situations and focus on impact rather than just reporting. You thrive on collaboration, partnering with Product, Business, Growth, and Leadership teams to drive business and product insights.
Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI is a plus. Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and success metrics definition will enhance your contributions. A background in customer behavior analysis and familiarity with key performance indicators (KPIs) will help you excel in this role.
In this role, you will own and drive business and product insights across acquisition, engagement, retention, and monetization. You will partner with Product and Business teams to define, track, and evolve key metrics and north-star KPIs. Performing deep-dive analyses on customer behavior, funnels, cohorts, and feature usage will be essential to identify growth and efficiency levers. You will build and maintain dashboards, MIS, and self-serve reports that serve as a reliable source of truth for the organization. Supporting experimentation and A/B testing by defining success metrics and analyzing outcomes will be a key responsibility. You will proactively surface risks, anomalies, and opportunities using data-backed narratives, collaborating with Data Engineering and Product teams to improve data quality, tracking, and analytical readiness.
This high-impact role offers the opportunity to influence both business outcomes and product direction. You will work with rich customer and behavioral data at scale, gaining direct exposure to leadership and strategic decision-making. Join a data-driven culture where you can shape how insights are used and make a significant impact on the organization. Paytm values your contributions and encourages you to apply even if your experience doesn't match every requirement.
