Overview

SpaceX is hiring a Chemical Production Supervisor to lead the production of user terminals for the Starlink project. You'll manage large teams and collaborate with engineers to transition from prototyping to full-scale production. This role requires strong organizational and leadership skills.

You have a strong background in production management, ideally within the electronics or manufacturing sectors. Your experience includes overseeing large teams and ensuring efficient production processes. You are organized, creative, and driven, with a passion for technology and innovation. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are adept at coordinating efforts across various teams. Your leadership style fosters collaboration and encourages team members to excel in their roles. You understand the importance of quality control and are committed to maintaining high standards in production.

Desirable

Experience in the aerospace or electronics industries is a plus, as is familiarity with production methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma. You may also have a background in engineering, which helps you communicate effectively with design and manufacturing engineers.

What you'll do

As a Chemical Production Supervisor at SpaceX, you will coordinate and steer the collective efforts of electronics production associates, ensuring that production goals are met efficiently and effectively.
