Who you are

You have over 3 years of SAP configuration experience specifically in service management, which has equipped you with a deep understanding of service or order management business processes. Your familiarity with SAP's Customer Service solution has been honed through hands-on experience during prior project implementations, allowing you to effectively navigate complex integrations such as SAP SM-SD or SD-FI. You hold a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field, which provides you with a solid foundation for this role.

You are a highly motivated and creative individual who thrives in a collaborative environment. Your ability to think critically and creatively enables you to recommend scalable solutions that meet the specific needs of business teams. You have experience leading cross-functional global teams on complex projects, which has sharpened your project management skills and your ability to deliver results within pre-determined resources, budget, and timeline.

What you'll do

As an Engineering Project Manager at Apple, you will participate in and drive initiatives that support the Customer Service Management business areas. You will work closely with various business teams to understand their specific needs and recommend scalable solutions that align with Apple's operational goals. Your role will involve implementing global solutions efficiently, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

You will be responsible for managing the SAP Global Systems team within IS&T, which runs the operations and financial transactional platform that powers all of Apple's functions, including Sales, Manufacturing, Distribution, Service, and Financials. Your hands-on project management approach will be crucial in navigating the complexities of these systems and ensuring seamless integration across various business processes.

In this role, you will also be expected to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing updates on project progress and addressing any challenges that may arise. Your ability to lead discussions and facilitate collaboration among team members will be key to driving project success.
