Overview

Trustpilot is seeking a Strategic Enterprise Account Executive for the DACH region to drive new business and secure partnerships with leading brands. This role requires experience in sales and a passion for building customer relationships.

Who you are

You are an experienced sales professional with a proven track record in enterprise sales, particularly within the DACH region. You thrive in environments that encourage innovation and are eager to challenge conventional sales processes. Your ability to build strong relationships with clients is complemented by your strategic mindset, allowing you to identify and secure new business opportunities effectively.

You understand the importance of transparency in customer relationships and are excited about the opportunity to influence how major brands engage with their customers. Your experience spans various industries, including eCommerce, financial services, and regulated sectors, equipping you with the knowledge to navigate complex sales cycles.

You are a proactive individual who takes ownership of the sales process from prospecting to closing. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to engage with executive-level stakeholders and articulate the value of Trustpilot's offerings clearly. You are motivated by results and are eager to see the impact of your work on the company's growth.

Desirable

Experience in SaaS sales is a plus, as is familiarity with customer review platforms. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing market dynamics. A background in sales strategy development and execution will further enhance your candidacy.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the Enterprise new business process for the DACH market, leading efforts from prospecting through to closing. You will secure new partnerships with leading brands, focusing on sectors such as eCommerce, financial services, and energy/utilities. Your role will involve identifying potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored solutions that align with Trustpilot's mission to foster trust.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure that the solutions you offer meet client expectations and drive customer satisfaction. Your ability to lead executive-level discussions will be crucial in establishing Trustpilot as a trusted partner in the DACH region.

You will also be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that align with the company's growth objectives. This includes analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities for expansion, and leveraging your network to drive new business. Your insights will contribute to shaping Trustpilot's approach in one of its most strategic markets.
