What you'll do

In this role, you will own and manage OPSWAT's global privacy and compliance framework, ensuring that all policies, templates, and processes are up to date and effective. You will work closely with various teams to provide legal guidance on product development, privacy issues, and AI-related matters. Your responsibilities will include drafting and reviewing contracts, advising on regulatory compliance, and developing training programs for employees on privacy and security best practices. You will also play a key role in building relationships with external stakeholders, including regulators and industry partners, to advocate for the company's interests. As the company grows, you will help shape its legal strategy and ensure that it aligns with business objectives while safeguarding customer trust.
