SecurityScorecard is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to drive impact across a large customer segment. This role requires bi-lingual fluency in Spanish and English, focusing on leveraging tools like Gainsight to enhance customer engagement.
You are a Customer Success Specialist with a strong focus on enhancing customer engagement and satisfaction. Your bi-lingual fluency in both Spanish and English allows you to communicate effectively with a diverse customer base. You have experience in customer success roles and understand the importance of building strong relationships with clients to ensure their success with the product. You are adept at using customer success tools, such as Gainsight, to monitor customer health and drive proactive engagement strategies. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You are passionate about helping customers achieve their goals and are always looking for ways to improve processes and outcomes.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving impact across a large customer segment by leveraging Gainsight and other tools to monitor customer health and engagement. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and ensure they are getting the most value from SecurityScorecard's offerings. You will proactively reach out to customers to address any concerns and provide guidance on best practices. You will collaborate with the sales and product teams to relay customer feedback and contribute to product improvements. Your goal is to foster long-term relationships with customers, ensuring their success and satisfaction with our services. You will also participate in onboarding new customers, providing them with the necessary resources and support to get started successfully. Additionally, you will track customer metrics and report on engagement levels to identify opportunities for further enhancement of the customer experience.
