As a Customer Delivery Driver at Carvana, you will be responsible for delivering vehicles directly to customers, ensuring they receive their cars in excellent condition and with a smile. You will engage with customers during the delivery process, answering any questions they may have and providing a seamless experience. Your role will also involve participating in community events to promote Carvana and its mission of reintroducing happiness into the car-buying process. You will work a shift from 11 am to 9 pm, with a flexible schedule that includes working weekends and rotating days off. Carvana offers a competitive starting hourly rate of $17, with opportunities for growth based on performance. You can expect to see your pay increase as you progress through our performance-based Careers Not Jobs program, which includes merit opportunities every 90 days.
