In this role, you will lead the planning and execution of flagship talent development programs, ensuring they are delivered with excellence and clarity. You will collaborate with People Business Partners, People Ops, and leadership to align on program objectives and track progress. Your responsibilities will include managing the Performance Cycle, organizing the annual Manager Summit, and enhancing learning offerings. You will also be involved in succession planning and the internal transfer program, ensuring that all initiatives are executed effectively and provide value to managers and employees alike. You will be responsible for driving adoption of these programs, gathering feedback, and continuously improving them based on insights gained. Your role will require you to balance detail orientation with a strategic mindset, ensuring that all talent initiatives align with the broader goals of the organization.
