You have experience working with international payment rails and understand the complexities involved in scheme integrations. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Design, Compliance, and Finance, allows you to drive high-impact features that align with both short-term goals and long-term vision. You thrive in environments where you can take ownership of product roadmaps and are adept at using business data and customer insights to inform your decisions.

Your strong communication skills enable you to act as the main point of contact for various stakeholders, ensuring that all regulatory requirements are met while delivering intuitive payment journeys. You are passionate about optimizing payment systems and integrating new schemes that are essential for the company's growth and expansion across Europe.

Desirable

What you'll do

In this role, you will take ownership of the entire product lifecycle for scheme integrations and payment platform components. You will define and drive the product roadmap, from ideation and strategy to design, implementation, and continuous improvement. Your responsibilities will include collaborating closely with Engineering and Design teams to build intuitive and compliant payment journeys that enhance user experience.

You will lead the scoping and prioritization of new features, ensuring that they align with the overall product strategy and meet the needs of N26 customers. By driving the implementation of new payment rails and features, you will leverage business data and customer insights to inform your decisions and optimize the payment platform.

As a Senior Product Manager, you will work cross-functionally with Compliance, Treasury, Operations, and Finance to ensure that all regulatory requirements are met. Your role will require you to act as the main point of contact for various stakeholders, facilitating communication and collaboration to drive successful outcomes.
