What you'll do

As a Senior Partner Manager at Roku, you will serve as the primary point of contact for content partners, guiding them through the development and launch of video applications on our platform. You will facilitate onboarding processes, ensuring that partners understand and meet Roku's platform and business requirements. Your role will involve close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Content Distribution, Partner Growth, and Engineering, to deliver seamless app experiences that delight users.

You will be responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of partner engagements, from initial discussions through to successful app launches. This includes conducting regular check-ins with partners to assess their needs, providing technical support, and ensuring compliance with Roku's standards. You will also analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and work with partners to implement enhancements that drive user engagement and satisfaction.

In addition to managing existing partnerships, you will actively seek out new opportunities to expand Roku's content offerings. This may involve identifying potential partners, conducting outreach, and presenting Roku's value proposition to prospective collaborators. Your ability to build strong relationships and foster trust will be key to your success in this role.
