GoDaddy is seeking a Technical Support Supervisor to lead a team of support professionals in Bulgaria. You'll drive performance, coaching, and operational excellence while ensuring a high-quality customer experience.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a strong background in customer support and team leadership, with experience in managing performance and driving operational excellence. You understand the importance of maintaining a high-quality customer experience and are committed to supporting your team members in their growth and development. You are data-driven and can use metrics to guide decisions and align your team with broader organizational goals. You excel in conducting regular one-on-ones, providing actionable feedback, and ensuring that team members understand expectations and deliver high-quality work. You are adept at overseeing day-to-day workflows, including queue health, scheduling, escalations, and coverage, while monitoring key performance indicators such as CSAT, QA, productivity, and SLA adherence.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead a team of support professionals, focusing on coaching and development to drive performance. You will ensure operational excellence across daily workflows, balancing people leadership with operational execution. You will conduct regular one-on-ones with team members to provide feedback and support their career development. Managing performance will be a key responsibility, including documentation and formal performance actions when necessary. You will oversee day-to-day workflows, ensuring that your team meets expectations and delivers high-quality work aligned with GoDaddy values. You will monitor KPIs and adjust team priorities as needed to maintain a high level of service. Leading team meetings and maintaining transparency will be essential to fostering a collaborative environment.
