Handshake is seeking English Language and Literature Teachers to contribute to an AI training project. You'll evaluate AI model outputs and provide feedback based on your expertise. No prior AI experience is required.
You have at least 4 years of professional experience in English language and literature, which may include designing and delivering lectures, developing course materials, and evaluating student work. Your background equips you to assess AI-generated content and provide structured feedback that enhances the model's understanding of language and workplace tasks. You are comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule, with flexibility in hours ranging from 5 to 20 per week. You are eager to learn new skills and contribute to the evolving field of AI in education.
In this role, you will leverage your expertise to evaluate AI models related to English language and literature. Your primary responsibilities will include developing prompts that reflect your field and assessing the AI's responses to ensure quality and relevance. You will work asynchronously, allowing you to contribute from anywhere in the United States. Your insights will help shape the AI's understanding of language and improve its performance in educational contexts.
