Overview

Microsoft is seeking a Global Collections Finance Manager to maximize protection of investments in Accounts Receivable and optimize collections performance. This role requires strong relationship-building skills and a focus on customer obsession.

You have a strong background in finance management, particularly in collections and accounts receivable. You understand the importance of maximizing cash flow and optimizing collections performance, and you are skilled at building solid relationships across the organization. You are a trusted advisor to the business, providing key decision support that enables profitable growth. You have experience in managing collections and cash applications, ensuring that the lifecycle of the dollar is effectively managed. You are customer-obsessed, ensuring that the customer’s voice influences business decisions and driving the adoption of solutions that resolve escalations effectively.

Desirable

What you'll do

As a Global Collections Finance Manager, you will independently manage collections and cash applications for your assigned portfolio. You will be accountable for accelerating cash flow and optimizing collections performance, acting as a trusted source of knowledge within the organization.
