You have a strong background in operations analytics, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. Your expertise lies in turning complex operational and financial data into actionable insights that drive performance improvements. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Facility Operations, Engineering, and Compliance. Your analytical mindset allows you to identify trends and variances, and you are adept at developing dashboards that provide clarity on key performance indicators. You are also familiar with compliance standards such as SOX, PCI, SOC 1, and SOC 2, which enhances your ability to contribute to the organization's operational integrity.

Desirable

Experience in the data center or infrastructure industry is a plus, as is familiarity with cost optimization strategies. You have a knack for financial analysis and can recommend actionable strategies to reduce costs while maintaining quality. Your leadership skills are evident as you guide teams in data-informed decision-making processes, ensuring that operational efficiency is at the forefront of your initiatives.

What you'll do

As the Manager of Operations Analytics, you will lead the development and maintenance of cost dashboards for OPEX and maintenance budgets, monitoring variances against forecasts to identify savings opportunities. You will analyze spend drivers such as energy, water, and vendor contracts, recommending strategies to optimize costs without compromising service quality. Your role will involve partnering closely with various departments to ensure that data-driven insights are integrated into day-to-day operations and long-term planning. You will also be responsible for driving the KPI and dashboard strategy, ensuring that all stakeholders have access to the information they need to make informed decisions.

In addition, you will facilitate discussions around operational performance, helping teams understand the implications of data trends and variances. Your ability to communicate complex data insights in a clear and actionable manner will be crucial in fostering a culture of data-informed decision-making across the organization. You will also have the opportunity to travel up to 10% for company gatherings or industry events, further enhancing your professional network and industry knowledge.
