BeyondTrust is seeking a Migrations Account Executive to drive renewal retention and customer expansion within their cyber security SaaS portfolio. This role requires strong customer relationship management skills and a focus on SaaS upgrades.
You have a proven track record in managing customer relationships and driving renewal retention, with a focus on SaaS upgrades. Your experience in sales or account management has equipped you with the skills to effectively communicate with both external contacts and internal teams. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are motivated by achieving set KPIs related to customer satisfaction and revenue retention. You understand the importance of flexibility and continual learning in a fast-paced industry like cyber security.
Experience in the cyber security sector or familiarity with SaaS products would be a plus. You are comfortable working with cross-functional teams and have a knack for improving processes to enhance customer experiences. Your ability to upsell and identify add-on opportunities will be key to your success in this role.
As a Migrations Account Executive, you will be responsible for growing and expanding BeyondTrust’s customer base, primarily focusing on perpetual customers. You will serve as the main point of contact for all matters related to customer accounts in renewal or migration motions. Your role will involve collaborating with the Go to Market team and other cross-functional groups to maximize customer revenue retention through effective communication and relationship management. You will contribute to the attainment of the annual renewal bookings quota and company migration target quota, ensuring that customer satisfaction remains a top priority.
You will participate in upselling and add-on opportunities, working closely with customers to understand their needs and how BeyondTrust’s solutions can meet them. Your ability to track and report on renewal and expansion KPIs will be crucial in driving the success of your initiatives. You will also engage with partners and distributors to enhance the overall customer experience and operational efficiencies.
