Who you are

You are a talented and passionate legal professional with experience in providing transactional legal support. You have a strong understanding of B2B commercial agreements and are adept at drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts. Your expertise will help drive Netflix’s membership growth and distribution strategies in Korea. You are comfortable working independently on routine matters and collaborating with other counsel on more complex deals. You are detail-oriented and possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively advise on legal issues arising from product integration and regulatory compliance.

Experience in the entertainment or technology sectors is a plus, as is familiarity with telecommunications agreements. What you'll do

In this role, you will focus on providing legal support for a wide range of B2B commercial agreements with Netflix’s business development partners. You will draft, review, negotiate, and execute agreements that are critical to Netflix’s growth in Korea. This includes handling membership bundles, device partnerships, and other distribution-related initiatives. You will advise on legal issues related to partner marketing activities and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Your contributions will play a key role in shaping Netflix’s strategic partnerships in the region.
