You are an enthusiastic professional eager to contribute to a global B2B financial technology organization. With a keen eye for detail, you excel in managing logistics and ensuring a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. You understand the importance of data integrity and are comfortable using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to maintain high fidelity in candidate information. Your ability to solve complex scheduling challenges will be crucial in supporting the recruitment team as they scale operations. You value diversity and inclusion, recognizing the unique perspectives that each individual brings to the team.
Experience in recruitment or human resources is a plus, as is familiarity with ATS systems. You are adaptable and open to learning new tools and processes that enhance the recruitment experience. A background in finance or technology can provide valuable context for your role, but a passion for people operations is what truly drives you.
In your role as Talent Coordinator, you will be the engine of the recruitment process, responsible for logistics and candidate experience. You will coordinate interviews, manage scheduling across different time zones, and ensure that candidates have a positive experience from the moment they apply. Your attention to detail will help maintain the integrity of our Applicant Tracking System, ensuring that all candidate data is accurate and up to date. You will work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to facilitate a smooth hiring process, addressing any challenges that arise along the way. Your role will also involve communicating with candidates to provide updates and gather feedback, helping to refine our processes continuously.
