Your experience with technical integrations across platforms like Shopify and Zendesk is a significant asset — you know how to navigate complex integration challenges and create seamless workflows that empower merchants to launch independently. Experience with A/B testing and user research methodologies is a plus — you enjoy experimenting with different approaches to find the best solutions for onboarding and user engagement. What you'll do

In this role, you will own the end-to-end strategy for Narvar Secure, leading product initiatives that accelerate retailer adoption and reduce friction in the onboarding process. You will redesign the onboarding experience into intuitive, low-touch workflows that enable merchants to launch independently, ultimately boosting attach rates for shipping protection.

You will collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to ensure that product features align with user needs and business objectives. Your responsibilities will include optimizing messaging, design, and funnel performance to increase the percentage of orders with shipping protection, directly impacting Narvar's revenue growth.

You will lead technical integrations across various ecommerce platforms and support tools, ensuring that Narvar's internal product suite works seamlessly with external systems. Your ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams will be crucial in delivering high-impact outcomes that drive merchant growth.

What we offer

Narvar offers a competitive salary range of $175,000—$200,000 CAD, reflecting your skills and experience.
