Orb is seeking a Software Engineer for their Forward Deployed team in New York. You'll be responsible for building product features and collaborating with customers to ensure successful integration. This role requires a passion for problem-solving and customer engagement.

In this role, you will alternate between shipping production-ready features and partnering with customers to help them integrate and launch successfully with Orb's solutions. You will collaborate closely with the Customer Success team to understand each customer's goals and guide them through the technical setup process. Your responsibilities will include writing custom logic or tooling to meet specific customer needs and working with the broader Engineering organization to translate insights into scalable product improvements.
You will be on the front lines of product feedback and iteration, ensuring that the solutions you build not only meet technical requirements but also align with customer expectations. Your role will involve problem-solving and troubleshooting implementation challenges, making you a critical part of the customer journey.
