Mixpanel is hiring a Customer Success Architect III to partner with customers throughout their journey, driving business outcomes and delivering value. You'll work closely with various teams to implement analytics solutions. This role requires strong technical and consulting skills.
You have a strong background in customer success and technical consulting, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. You understand the importance of analytics in driving business decisions and have a proven track record of helping customers achieve their goals. Your communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. You are adept at managing customer relationships and have a knack for identifying opportunities to add value throughout the customer journey. You are familiar with analytics platforms and can leverage data to drive insights and recommendations for your clients. You thrive in a hybrid work environment, balancing remote work with in-person collaboration when necessary.
As a Customer Success Architect III at Mixpanel, you will engage with customers from the pre-sales phase through to implementation and ongoing support. You will run proof of concepts to demonstrate the value of Mixpanel's analytics capabilities, ensuring customers can quickly see the benefits of the platform. Your role will involve working closely with Account Executives and Account Managers to understand customer needs and tailor solutions that drive ROI. You will lead technical projects and services that enhance customer satisfaction and engagement with the Mixpanel platform. Additionally, you will provide training and support to customers, helping them navigate the analytics landscape and maximize their investment in Mixpanel. You will also collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to relay customer feedback and contribute to product improvements.
