What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing instructional materials that support the training needs of Samsara's Customer Support team. You will analyze performance data to identify skill gaps and create targeted learning solutions that address these needs. You will collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure that the content is accurate and relevant, and you will utilize various instructional design tools and technologies to create engaging learning experiences. You will also evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback, making adjustments as necessary to improve outcomes. Your role will involve facilitating training sessions and workshops, providing support to agents as they apply their new skills in real-world scenarios.
