Nebius AI is seeking a Director of Global Sales Compensation Design to lead and oversee global compensation programs for their Sales, Business Development, and Partnerships teams. This role involves driving strategy and governance of incentive plans to align pay with performance. The position is open for remote work from the US.
You have extensive experience in sales compensation design and strategy, ideally with a background in technology or cloud computing. Your expertise allows you to partner effectively with cross-functional teams, aligning compensation structures with business objectives and motivating sales teams to achieve their targets. You are comfortable advising executives on compensation structures and role designs, ensuring that incentive plans are both motivational and compliant with regulations.
You possess strong analytical skills, enabling you to develop data-driven compensation programs that support revenue growth while being cost-effective. Your ability to communicate complex compensation strategies clearly to stakeholders at all levels is a key strength. You thrive in collaborative environments and are passionate about driving performance through effective compensation strategies.
Experience in the AI or cloud computing sectors is a plus, as is familiarity with global compensation practices. You may also have a background in finance or operations, which enhances your ability to work cross-functionally with teams such as Finance and GTM Operations.
