As the Strategic Partnership Lead for Airbnb Canada, you will lead the strategic business partnerships mandate in the territory, reporting directly to the Country Manager. Your role will involve identifying and establishing partnerships that support Airbnb's business goals. You will collaborate closely with various functions, including Business, Supply, Product Marketing, Finance, and Legal, to ensure that partnership activities are coordinated and aligned with broader company objectives. You will evaluate potential partnerships, assessing their financial and strategic benefits, and work to maintain strong relationships with local partners. Your day-to-day activities will include sourcing input from different business areas to identify partnership needs and opportunities, as well as ensuring that all partnership initiatives are executed effectively. You will play a key role in driving business development activities that enhance Airbnb's presence and impact in Canada.
Airbnb offers a competitive salary range of $134,000—$167,000 CAD annually, along with potential bonuses, equity, and benefits.
