Deliveroo is seeking a Head of France Regions to lead strategic and operational plans across major cities. This role requires strong people leadership skills and a proven track record in delivering commercial results.
You have a proven track record of delivering commercial results — you've successfully managed teams and driven revenue growth in a fast-paced environment. Your analytical rigour and strategic thinking enable you to develop and execute operational plans effectively. You possess strong people leadership skills, fostering a culture of engagement and high performance among your team members. Your customer orientation and commercial acumen allow you to understand market dynamics and respond to customer needs effectively. You excel in stakeholder management, ensuring that all parties are aligned and informed throughout the execution of strategic initiatives. You are passionate about food and the delivery industry, eager to contribute to one of the fastest-growing companies in this exciting space.
As the Head of France Regions, you will report directly to the France commercial director and be a core member of the FR Commercial Leadership team. You will own the development and delivery of strategic and operational plans across a broad geography, managing major cities like Bordeaux, Lyon, Marseille, Lille, and Strasbourg. You will lead a team of over 30 committed individuals, including regional, city, and account managers, ensuring they are motivated and aligned with the company's goals. Your role will have a significant impact on revenue growth, customer satisfaction, P&L performance, and employee engagement. You will be responsible for analyzing market trends and customer feedback to refine strategies and improve service delivery. You will collaborate closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations and drive the company's mission of transforming the way people shop and eat.
