You are results-driven and can establish success metrics to track progress and drive improvements. You are comfortable with travel, as this role requires you to engage with partners across the Midwest.

What you'll do

In this role, you will manage relationships with healthcare facilities, ensuring that their staffing needs are met while aligning with Nursa's business goals. You will conduct periodic business reviews to highlight successes and identify areas for improvement. Your role will involve troubleshooting any product-related issues that arise and recommending marketing strategies to enhance partner engagement. You will work closely with the Regional General Manager to develop and implement plans that drive satisfaction and retention among partners. You will also be responsible for presenting creative solutions that add value to both Nursa and its partners, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages growth and innovation.
