Figma is hiring a Solutions Consultant to support enterprise accounts by crafting consultative strategies and delivering product demonstrations. You'll leverage your technical expertise to help customers realize the value of Figma's platform. This role is based in Berlin.
You have a strong background in solutions consulting or a related field, ideally with experience in software or design tools. Your ability to bridge technical expertise with business context allows you to effectively communicate the value of complex products to diverse audiences. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with sales and cross-functional teams to drive customer success. You possess excellent presentation skills and can lead technical discussions with confidence, ensuring that customers understand how to leverage Figma’s platform to meet their goals.
You are detail-oriented and have experience managing customer relationships, particularly in addressing IT and security concerns during the sales process. Your proactive approach to problem-solving enables you to anticipate customer needs and provide tailored solutions that enhance their experience with Figma. You are passionate about design and technology, and you stay updated on industry trends to better serve your clients.
Experience working with enterprise accounts is a plus, as is familiarity with design workflows and tools. Knowledge of security protocols and IT compliance will help you navigate customer inquiries effectively. A background in sales support or customer success can also enhance your ability to contribute to the team.
As a Solutions Consultant at Figma, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our enterprise accounts. You will partner with the Sales team to address customer inquiries about the Figma platform, showcasing how it can accelerate digital product delivery. Your responsibilities will include leading product demonstrations and presentations that highlight the platform's capabilities and benefits. You will also manage the customer IT and security relationship throughout the deal cycle, addressing security questionnaires and responding to RFIs and RFPs.
In this role, you will collaborate with Product and Support teams to identify customer needs and ensure that they are met effectively. You will help craft consultative strategies that align with customer goals, ultimately driving revenue and growth for Figma. Your ability to communicate complex technical concepts in an accessible manner will be key to your success in this position.
